APSCC urges meaning dialogue for Kashmir settlement

Srinagar, September 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) has urged India and Pakistan to start a meaningful dialogue process for peaceful settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute.

The APSCC Chairman, Jagmohan Singh Raina, while paying tributes to Pinky Kaur in Tral said, “Everyone killed in the Valley does not belong to any single religion, but every killed person is a Kashmiri. Kashmiriyat is alive and kicking in Kashmir and it gets proved every now and then,” he added.

Pinky Kaur was killed in a blast in Tral recently.

“The girl was a brilliant student pursuing MBA from Islamic University, Awantipora. Thousands of blossoming flowers like Pinky have fallen prey due the uncertain political situation of Kashmir,” Jagmohan Singh Raina. He also paid rich tributes to other innocents who have been killed in the Valley over the past 27 years.
